Why should you task Educe?

Well, only you can really answer this but here are a couple of reasons not to:

Use a large software house to develop/deploy/support your requirement. Good but expensive.

Use a freelance consultant. Good, but cost will be a consideration and the consultant may subcontract the work out. You could have done that yourself. Having worked with consultants before, one point often arises and many use it as part of their sales pitch "you have the answers to your problems, I will help you find them".

Do the work in house. If you have the skills use them. If you do not have the skills decide if it is worth your while employing someone who does or send one/some of your employees on courses to get the skills. This is probably the best option with the only exception being a known one off requirement that you are sure will not arise again in the near future.

If you would like a breakdown of the project (providing you give enough information and details of the task) with identified deliverables and estimate of hours worked for each deliverable, please request this above. Flow diagrams can be a useful method or capturing requirements. Again if you would like a flow charts please request one.
