Calendar can be used as it is to provide an event calendar for your website or Intranet, however it is also well suited as a front end to a booking application or any other application that uses dates and data storage. As registration results in a copy of the source code it can be altered to meet your needs.

• Password protection for entering new events or editing events. Same or different passwords. This can be disabled globally.
• Categories for events. This allows you to display all events or just those for a specific category.
• User login accounts. This lets several users access the same calendar with their own login name and password. They can maintain their own preferences for the default category to view and the default view setting for private or public. User accounts can be disabled globally.
• Private and public events. This allows a user to enter an event that only they can view.
• A super user can view, edit and delete other users tasks even if they are private.
• Dreamweaver template to ease local style changes.

If you would like Educe to install the calendar software on your site and customise it to match your design this can be done remotely. This can take from 10 min upwards depending on the required customisation. Basic installation with no customisation and no problems with the remote web server costs $15. This is paid for by registering for 2 copies of the software but only receiving a license for 1. The other $15 pays for the installation. Customisation or problem solving is charged at $70 per hour. An estimate is always provided prior to commencing customisation or problem solving and no work will be done without your approval. If you are interested in the installation service please email.
