Services. If you submit data to the same form(s) on a regular basis or you have a mass of data (several hundred records), this service could be just what you were looking for. Effectively these are two services but they are very similar and use similar resources. Using Active Server Page (ASP) in conjunction with a MS Access database as a data source (you do not need to have MS Access on your machine) along with both JavaScript and VBScript, data is taken from the source and submitted using a customised version of the form you previously used to submit data to. These two processes can be performed either online by hosting your data and my scripts on a ASP server with database facilities or from a local data store on your machine.

Charges. An initial charge for customising your HTML form of between $30 and $120 would be required. The actual cost would depend on the complexity of the form and any data processing that was required before the data could be submitted. In general the cost would be $30 for a basic form with no data processing ie your data was in the correct format with 1 field for each form control. There would be a hosting charge for data to be served from our servers. This would either be a daily charge for 1 mass submission or a monthly charge if you intended to leave data on our server and regularly submit it. For up to 10MB, the daily fee would be $25. Additional storage could be provided if required at extra cost. For long term hosting, the monthly fees would be $20 per month for up to 1MB. The price differential takes into account the different nature of data submission and the bandwidth/CPU time that each type of hosting requires. Fees are payable in advance with discounts of 5% and 10 % for 6 and 12 month advance payments respectively. If you prefer to submit data from a local source, the cost of the local files will include development time and a premium due to a lack of revenue from hosting. IPR is maintained by Educe.

Ordering. If you choose to use any of these services, send an email with the details of your requirement's. Include a URL to the form that you wish to submit data with. A quote will be sent by return email and once agreement has been achieved the demonstration will be developed. After final agreement based on the demonstration and once payment has been received, either the service will go live or the files will be sent by email depending on which service you chose.
