In support of and in addition to the programs that Educe develops, a range of services are also provided. Some of these are free for both customers and potential customers. In brief the following are on offer:

Customise: If the application does not suit all of your needs then the customisation form allows you to formally task Educe to perform adaptive maintenance on any of the applications on offer. The initial tasking and communication process is free, however any tasks that are agreed are likely to involve payment for completion. Feedback: This form enables you to provide feedback to Educe on any aspect of the whole package offered by Educe such as the application, services or this web site. Feedback is received predominantly by email but this form can also be used.
Web Design: The primary media through which Educe displays, supports and sells products to customers is via the web. This has resulted in new skills becoming a key part of Educe's development strategy. These web design and development skills are now available for others to make use of. This site is the primary example of what is possible. Help: This is aimed at novice programmers who have a particular question they need answering. It is a free service that is offered based on the fact that many questions can be answered without research at minimal cost to Educe. Due to the free nature of this service, any questions that are beyond the scope of an immediate answer will not have any depth of research performed to identify a solution.
Form Submission: Submit data using HTML forms either as a mass (several hundred records) submission or regular (daily, weekly, monthly etc) submissions of the same or similar information.

Wish List: This is similar to the customise service but no money changes hands. Wishes are added to each applications wish list and may or may not be added to the development program.

Form Processing: Have data extracted from an HTML form submitted to you (actually to a script online). Store the data in a MS Access online database and send email responses to the submitter and/or yourself. Perhaps you would prefer to only be notified after ever 10th submission or only when certain information is provided.
