This software (MS Access database) enables any user to quickly enter the required details to take the enquiry and then complete the enquiry either at the same time (if the answer is known) or at a latter date (after some research). Other processing can be done, but this version does not include this (but it can be added). Below is the main screen for the application:

If you would like more information you can read the readme.txt file or the usermanual.doc (Word 97).  Alternatively you could download the Demo version which is limited to processing 20 enquiries.  The Demo can be unlocked by registering the software. Download Instructions. The adhoc.zip file includes set-up files and uninstall routine. The Demo comes without the MS Access run time files.  If you have Access 97 then you do not need the run time files.  If you do not have Access 97 then you need the run time files.  These are available in the disk images which also include set-up files and uninstall routine.

MS Access 2000

This application requires MS Access 97 or it's run time files. It can not be run by MS Access 2000 and the user can not convert this to MS Access 2000, however it will install and run on a system that has MS Access 2000 installed without causing any damage to MS Access 2000 or this application. To do this you need to download the full installation including the MS Access 97 run time files. You should select the typical install option which will ensure that the run time files are installed. Selecting minimum will not install the run time files and when you try to run the application MS Access 2000 will start. This will result in an error message.

The Future. The following table shows the possible changes that will be made in future versions of the software. These are enhancements to the frontend and where necessary the data as well. Some are my own ideas and some are from customers who have identified additional requirements. You can add to this list via the wish list form.
