Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the site and click on the credit card or RegNet graphics when you have decided what to purchase. Free technical support. Customers and prospective customers can use the free email technical support to ask questions and resolve any issues about any of the products.

Privacy policy. Educe does not disclose buyer's or browser's information to third parties.  Browser's information is not stored. This site does not use cookies.

Upgrade policy. Registered users can upgrade free of charge.  To date there have been no exceptions to this policy. It is unlikely that this will change.

Bug fixes. All identified bugs are logged and fixed. This is free (as they should not have been there in the first place).

Enhancements. If your requirement is in line with the programs development plan then your enhancement will be included. If not, then it may or may not be included. Educe can be tasked to provide enhancements but this is not free.

Try before you buy. All programs are fully functional with no time limits. Each program is limited in some way to allow you to try all the functions but not to use the program for an extended period without registering. Due to this option of ensuring that the software does what you want it to do before paying for the registration, Educe operates a no returns policy.

Free software. Programs have been given to users that have identified significant weaknesses, bugs or provided useful feedback. The decision to give a registration away resides entirely with Educe.
